Shipping Destinations
Be Great Golf LLC ships physical products exclusively within the United States.
Please note:
- We do not ship physical products to international destinations
- We do not ship to U.S. territories
- We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
Orders for physical products placed with a shipping address outside our serviceable areas may be canceled and refunded.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered via email to the email address provided at checkout.
- Delivery is considered complete once the digital product has been sent to the email address provided
- No shipping is required for digital items
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address at checkout
- If you do not receive your digital product, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us
Order Processing Time
All physical product orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note:
- Orders may take longer during high demand, promotions, or sweepstakes periods
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed
- A tracking number will be provided once your physical order has shipped
Third-Party Fulfillment
Some products sold through www.begreatgolf.com are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, or fulfillment partners on our behalf.
When a product is fulfilled by a third party:
- Processing and delivery times may vary from our standard timeframes
- The product may ship separately from other items in your order
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order
- The shipping carrier may differ from the carriers we typically use
Be Great Golf works with reputable fulfillment partners but is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by third-party fulfillment beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
Be Great Golf ships physical products using multiple carriers, including:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- FedEx
The carrier and shipping method used for your order is determined based on the destination, the size and weight of the items, and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Free standard shipping is offered on orders above a minimum order amount, as displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
Be Great Golf is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Weather or natural events
- Third-party fulfillment partners
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address for physical products and the correct email address for digital products.
If incorrect information is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages or undelivered digital products
- Orders may not be eligible for replacement
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Be Great Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
We may assist where possible, but we do not guarantee replacements or refunds in these cases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- The wrong item
- The wrong size

Include:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Clear photos
If approved, we will provide a replacement only.
