3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:

Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Be Great Golf
Members of the immediate families of the above (defined as spouse, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside)
Members of the same household as any of the above, whether related or not

Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, Rhode Island and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification.

The Sponsor's database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. All references to time are Central Time (CT) unless otherwise specified.

5. HOW TO ENTER — ENTRY METHODS

Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes using any of the following methods during the Sweepstakes Period. All entry methods are equally valid. Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are void.

Entries generated through automated, robotic, script, or other mechanical means are void
All entries become the exclusive property of Be Great Golf and will not be returned
Proof of transmission or submission does not constitute proof of receipt
Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries

METHOD 1 — Online Purchase

Entrants who make a qualifying purchase through the Be Great Golf online store at www.begreatgolf.com during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive entries as follows:

The number of entries will be calculated based on the pre-tax purchase amount, excluding shipping and handling charges, after any applicable discounts. Purchases made with the intent to return items after the Sweepstakes period for the purpose of obtaining entries constitute fraud and will result in disqualification and a ban from future Be Great Golf sweepstakes.

METHOD 2 — Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper the following information:

Entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only — printed or typed entries are void
Each envelope must be mailed individually — bulk shipments will not be accepted
Third-party entry services or assistance are not permitted
Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt
No correspondence will be acknowledged; requests for confirmation of receipt will not be answered
Limit: one (1) mail-in entry per outer mailing envelope

METHOD 3 — Social / Bonus Entry

Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor may offer bonus entry opportunities through its official social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Each bonus opportunity will be announced via a post on the relevant platform and will specify:

The action required to earn bonus entries (e.g., follow, like, comment, tag a friend)
The number of bonus entries awarded
The start and end time of the bonus opportunity

Eligibility: Entrant must have a valid public account on the relevant platform, complete the required action within the announced bonus window, and comply with the platform's terms of service. Bot accounts, duplicate accounts, and fake accounts are void.

Entry Limits: Maximum of one (1) bonus entry per person per bonus opportunity, regardless of how many times the action is completed. Maximum of two hundred (200) total social bonus entries per person across all bonus opportunities during the Sweepstakes Period.

Verification: Sponsor tracks social bonus entries based on the entrant's social media handle. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their account is public and the action is verifiable during the bonus window. Entries that cannot be verified will not be counted. Sponsor's records are final.

Platform Disclaimer: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc., YouTube, Google LLC, or any other social media platform. Entrants release each platform from all liability arising from this Sweepstakes. By participating in social bonus opportunities, Entrants are providing information to Sponsor, not to the platform.

Supplementary Only: Social bonus entries are supplementary. Entrants are not required to participate in social bonus opportunities to be eligible to win. The free mail-in entry method (Method 2) remains available throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Prize is awarded 'AS IS' without warranty, representation, or guarantee of any kind
No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value
Prize is non-transferable
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes
An IRS Form 1099 may be issued if the ARV of the prize meets or exceeds IRS reporting thresholds
Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not explicitly stated as included in the prize
If a physical prize requires shipping, Sponsor will arrange delivery to a contiguous U.S. address

The stated ARV represents Sponsor's good faith determination of the approximate retail value of the prize at the time these Official Rules were prepared. Actual retail value may fluctuate based on market conditions, component pricing, shipping costs, manufacturer pricing, and geographic differences. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual retail value at the time the prize is awarded will not be awarded in cash, store credit, or otherwise.

The Grand Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any alternative prize, except at Sponsor's sole discretion where required by law. The prize is awarded "AS IS" without any representations or warranties, express or implied, except to the extent required by applicable law or any applicable manufacturer warranty. Sponsor expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs, expenses, and fees associated with the acceptance, receipt, setup, installation, maintenance, and use of the prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules as being provided, including but not limited to internet service, software, operating system setup, additional peripherals, upgrades, repairs, insurance, electricity usage, and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for delays, damages, loss, theft, shipping carrier issues, freight handling problems, delivery complications, or post-delivery issues arising from shipping, transport, handling, installation, or use of the prize after it has been transferred to the winner. All risk of loss passes to the winner upon confirmed delivery of the Grand Prize.

7. DRAWING & WINNER SELECTION

Within 3-7 business days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period

The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by an approved 3rd party and finalized by Be Great Golf or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted via email and/or phone using the contact information provided at time of entry. Be Great Golf is not responsible for bounced emails or unreachable phone numbers and will reach out to winners on a best effort basis.

8. WINNER VERIFICATION & NOTIFICATION

Potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of initial notification

The potential winner must:

Respond to the notification within the required response window
Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release
Provide a valid government-issued photo ID confirming age and residency eligibility
Complete any required IRS tax forms (e.g., W-9) if applicable

Failure to respond within the required timeframe, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or inability to receive prize will result in disqualification. An alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. Be Great Golf reserves the right to conduct up to three (3) alternate winner selections before forfeiting the prize.

9. PUBLICITY RIGHTS

By accepting a prize, where permitted by law, the winner grants to Be Great Golf and those acting pursuant to its authority the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide in all media and without limitation, at any time, the winner's full name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes, without further compensation, review, approval, or notification.

Winner may decline publicity use by notifying Be Great Golf in writing within 10 days of prize notification, subject to applicable state law. Some states require separate written consent.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Be Great Golf reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part at any time, without prior notice, if the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned for any reason, including but not limited to:

Infection by computer virus or technical failures
Tampering, unauthorized intervention, or fraud
Any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes

Be Great Golf further reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. BE GREAT GOLF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless Be Great Golf, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, actions, injury, death, loss, or damage arising from or related to:

Participation in this Sweepstakes
Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize
Technical errors preventing submission of an entry
Unauthorized human intervention or tampering
Printing or typographical errors in these Official Rules or related materials
Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries

Released Parties are not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay, communications failure, theft, or destruction of or unauthorized access to entries. Released Parties are not responsible for problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network, computer systems, servers, software, internet or email providers, congestion, or any combination thereof.

In no event shall Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes. Entrant's liability is limited to the cost of entering and participating. Entrant waives the right to claim punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

For residents of New Jersey: Nothing herein bars recovery of damages or attorneys' fees where mandated by statute.

12. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

Governing State

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state identified above, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

By participating, each entrant agrees that:

Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action
Any judicial proceedings shall take place in a court of competent jurisdiction in the governing state
Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees
Entrant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased

14. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for administration of the Sweepstakes, winner notification, prize delivery, and tax reporting purposes, and as otherwise described in Be Great Golf's Privacy Policy available at www.begreatgolf.com/privacy-policy.

By entering, Entrants consent to Be Great Golf's use of their personal information for the purposes stated above. Be Great Golf will not sell or otherwise disclose entrant personal information to unaffiliated third parties except as required to administer the Sweepstakes or as required by law.

15. MISCELLANEOUS

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between Entrant and Be Great Golf with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior agreements
Failure by Be Great Golf to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision
If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Be Great Golf is the sole and final authority on all matters relating to these Official Rules and the administration of this Sweepstakes
