No Refunds or Returns Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products and promotional sweepstakes campaigns, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital Products & Promotional Entries
All digital products are delivered via email to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is considered complete once the product has been sent to the email address provided.
Due to the nature of digital goods:
- All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable
- Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once delivered
- No refunds will be issued for any reason once delivery has occurred
Some purchases may include promotional sweepstakes entries as a bonus. These entries are:
- Allocated at the time of purchase
- Final and non-transferable
- Void if a transaction is reversed, refunded, or disputed
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a physical item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item or size)

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we will review the issue and provide a replacement if the error is on our end.
Third-Party Fulfilled Items
Some products sold through www.begreatgolf.com are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, or fulfillment partners. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items fulfilled by a third party:
- The same 7-day notification window applies
- Resolution may take longer as we coordinate with the fulfillment partner on your behalf
- Replacements remain subject to the availability and policies of the fulfillment partner
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for a valid transaction.
In the event of a dispute or chargeback:
- We reserve the right to invalidate any associated promotional entries
- We will provide order records, delivery confirmation, and policy agreement as evidence to the payment processor
- Abuse of disputes may result in restriction from future purchases
